Guests have access to the whole home. Guests do not have access to the garage or storage space beneath the garage.

The property is located in a remote wooded area. There is potential to come into contact with wildlife including bear, coyote, bobcat, deer, skunks, and snakes during your stay. You may temporarily lose power during your stay and this includes losing water due to the electric well pump. Be cautious and do your part by not leaving food or food residue/trash in outdoor spaces.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
